Bluetooth audio for phone calls is excellent through the 10 speaker system. Voice recognition for controls is very good. Infotainment screen is bright and highly visible again big improvement from C-max. Minus the spare, there is more room in the spare wheel well around the battery to store tools, my jumper battery, tire compressor and a few other goodies. I think a spare is an option and assume the battery moves to the side in that situation. The vehicle sold to me was misrepresented by Academy Ford. This is a service van for a small business, and it has been in the shop for half of the time we have owned it and there is no proposed return date. The NJ dealer shared pictures of van’s underside showing the vehicle still covered in mud, only visible when on a service lift. This information was not disclosed prior to the sale.Īpproximately two weeks after purchase, the vehicle broke down and was taken to an out of state Ford dealer for service, that NJ dealer indicated the rear differential of the vehicle needed to be rebuilt and that the van was in overall poor condition.
